Stayed for one night. Great location and hospitality. Has its own lift to Mall road. A number of restaurants with great views and good food. Prices on slightly higher side, but quality/taste was good. Next to public parking, easier to catch cabs etc. Helped with luggage pick up and drop to/fro cab. Kid enjoyed the game room. Highly recommended.

We had a pleasant stay and the food is good. Breakfast spread is very limited and the space gets congested in the morning during breakfast time. Overall a good place to stay for 2-3 nights with your family. It’s location is extremely convenient because if it’s direct elevator facility that opens on Mall Road.

Pathetic is the word for this hotel. I stayed there along with my family. The room were very small, and lack basic amenities. They even charged Rs. 250 for a cup of milk for kid. Never going to stay again at this hotel Would suggest other to not go for this property. You will end up wasting your money

Overpriced Property with Non courteous staff. 1) Level 5 luxury Room 507 view was poor considering the garbage under lift being visible. 2) Washroom was stinking as exhaust were not working. 3) Breakfast buffet was ill managed. Over packed sitting with limited Space constraint resulted in slow service and food quality compromise. 4) Only advantage is the location & the views from the terrace. 5) My boy loved the Kids play area though staff there is least welcoming.

Amazing property… the best part is, it has its private for Mall Road and the food quality is awesome.. rooms were clean and the hospitality was 10/10.. overall a great experience.

The food was delicious. They had a unique style of serving in lunch boxes. We sat beside the window and it was raining outside. The view was beautiful.

We went to the rooftop restaurant and order 4 dishes and 3 drinks. The lasagna and risotto in veg were really tasty. When it comes to their special non veg pasta, it is AWESOME and must have. In terms of ambience they have maintained it really well. The other seating, the comfy indoor seating, the lift facility, cleaned washroom, serene view and many other things makes this a good place. It is but expensive but worth the experience.
